Description

We are a residential Construction Company based in Auckland to employ an experienced, skilled Site Manager.

This position requires you to have had previous experience in the role of Site Manager with a focus on the Building Construction industry.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing daily activities on-site, ensuring our projects are built to plan, on schedule, within budget, and to our standards both Quality & Health & Safety.

Within this role, you will work closely with our Construction Management team to coordinate all aspects of site coordination, material handling, planning, and subcontractor performance and scheduling. You will be computer literate to manage plans, emails, form filling, and reporting to both Management and Clients.

Skills & Experience:

·   4+ years of NZ experience in managing residential/commercial construction projects

·   Sound knowledge of - MS Suite

·   Excellent communication and forward planning skills

·   Ability to identify issues and inefficiencies and apply appropriate systems to counter problems

·   Thorough knowledge of New Zealand codes and standards

·   Must be specialized in quoting Driveway, Earthwork, Retaining wall, and related digger/civil work.

Pay: $85,000 - $115,000 experience dependent
