Carpenter – Cabinet
& Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter
with strong expertise in kitchen and cabinet making to join our
construction team. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently,
from cutting and assembling to installing custom cabinetry and kitchens,
while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build,
assemble, and install kitchens, cabinets, and custom joinery to
precise specifications.
- Accurately
measure, cut, and shape materials based on plans and drawings.
- Read
and interpret blueprints, plans, and joinery drawings without
supervision.
- Use
various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Join
materials using the most suitable fixing methods (nails, screws,
adhesives, etc.).
- Check
all completed work using levels, squares, and other measuring tools to
ensure precision.
- Carry
out general carpentry tasks such as framing, formwork, door and window
installations, and building renovations as required.
- Communicate
effectively with the Team Leader and assist or instruct junior carpenters
or hammer hands when needed.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven
experience (minimum 2 years) in kitchen and cabinet making.
- Strong
understanding of cutting, assembly, finishing, and installation
techniques.
- Ability
to work independently without supervision.
- Competent
in reading and interpreting construction and joinery drawings.
- Excellent
attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Knowledge
of building methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Physically
fit, reliable, and professional with good communication skills.
Useful Experience/Qualifications:
- Trade
qualification or equivalent experience in carpentry or cabinet making.
- Previous
work in kitchen manufacturing, installation, or joinery workshops.
- Experience
operating woodworking machinery and cutting tools.
- Valid
driver’s licence and own transport.
Working Conditions:
- Regular
Monday to Saturday or local site work as required.
- Physically
active role involving standing, lifting, and working at heights.
- Indoor
workshop and on-site installation environments.
